Your Apple Health,
live in any AI.
Claude, ChatGPT and any MCP client can ask your health data — straight from your iPhone, through a relay that stores nothing. Every byte that leaves is logged on your phone.

01 — How it works
Three hops. One of them forgets everything.
-
iPhone
Your phone answers
The app reads HealthKit on device and computes the answer locally — summaries by default, raw samples only if you allow it.
-
Relay
A tunnel, not a database
The answer passes through memory on its way to your AI and is gone. No health data on disk, no accounts, no email. The relay is open source.
-
AI
Your AI asks in plain words
Add one URL to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Claude Code. Ask “why am I tired this week?” and it fetches what it needs.
02 — The glass box
See every byte that leaves.
Each request is written to a ledger on your phone: which AI asked, which tool it called, what was read, whether it was a summary or raw data, and how many bytes went out. Every answer carries a receipt number, so you can ask the AI “show me receipt #a4f2” and check it against the app.
Permissions are per AI and per category — share sleep with Claude, keep heart rate from ChatGPT. Revoke with one tap.

03 — Phone in your pocket?
Approve the answer, not just the question.
When the app is closed, your AI’s request arrives as a notification. It already shows what would be sent — “7 h 12 min average, 7 nights” — and nothing leaves until you confirm with Face ID.
Time-boxed grants (“for an hour”, “today”) and quiet hours keep it calm.
Claude asks for: Sleep, last 7 nights
Will send avg 7 h 12 min · 7 nights · stage totals
04 — Pulse Lab
Let your AI invent the metric you actually need.
Ask Claude to design a readiness score, a sleep-debt tracker or a training-load ratio. It writes a formula, your phone computes it on device every day, and it lives on your home screen as a widget.
Formulas are plain configuration with a fixed set of functions — no code ever runs on your phone.
0.5·z(HRV, 30d) − 0.3·z(RHR, 30d) + 0.2·sleep
05 — Built to be trusted
Boring on purpose.
No account
No email, no name, no password. Your phone creates its own identity.
RAM only
Health data passes through memory. Server logs hold timestamps and sizes, never content.
Open-source relay
At launch the server code goes public: read exactly what it does — or run your own and point the app at it.
Per-AI permissions
Each connected AI gets its own scopes and its own revoke button.
Summaries first
Aggregates by default. Raw samples only when you say so.
Made in the EU
Built in Lithuania, designed for GDPR from day one.
Try it — nothing leaves this page
Two fingers on your wrist. Tap along.
Tap the circle (or press Space) with each beat.
FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Do you store my health data?
No. Answers travel from your phone, through the relay’s memory, to your AI. Nothing is written to disk and nothing is kept after delivery. What your AI provider does with the answer is governed by its own policy — the app tells you which AI received what.
Which AI apps work?
Anything that speaks MCP over HTTPS: Claude (web, desktop, mobile), ChatGPT connectors, Cursor, Claude Code and other agents.
Does the app have to stay open?
In the free live mode, yes — the app answers while it is on screen. With Pro, requests arrive as notifications and you approve them with Face ID while the app is closed.
What can the AI see?
Only the categories you allow for that specific AI. Summaries by default, raw samples only with your permission. Every request is in the ledger.
Is this a medical device?
No. It is a wellness and data-access tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything.
Can I run my own relay?
Yes — the relay will be open source at launch, and the app lets you point it at your own server.
